These Terms are a contract between you and Pupupu Kft.
Blobsort is a web application for planning and tracking daily tasks, designed with ADHD-style attention in mind. It stores your tasks, synchronises them between your devices, and offers optional playful features. Blobsort is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment, and makes no therapeutic claims.
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of first payment without giving a reason, by e-mailing hello@blobsort.com. As the service starts immediately, if you used it during those 14 days we may deduct a proportionate amount for the period already provided, and refund the rest. The free trial itself involves no payment and no withdrawal formality — just stop using it.
Your tasks, projects and everything you type into Blobsort remain yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, back up and display that content to you. One-click export (JSON) is available at all times — during the trial, while subscribed, and after cancellation.
Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; don't use it for unlawful content or activity. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other users, and will tell you why.
We aim for reliable service but provide Blobsort "as available", without a guaranteed uptime level. We back up data daily; still, keep occasional exports of anything critical. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under this contract is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including Hungarian and EU consumer law), such as liability for intentional damage or harm to life, limb or health.
You can delete your account (and all data) anytime by e-mailing hello@blobsort.com — see the Privacy Policy for how erasure works. We may terminate with 30 days' notice; in that case any prepaid, unused period is refunded.
If we change these Terms in a way that affects you negatively, we'll e-mail you at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the Service after that date means acceptance; you can always cancel instead.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Disputes: please write to us first — we answer.
